What is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies by the item, we aim to have your item delivered within a week, however sometimes and especially around the holidays it takes about 1 1/2-2 weeks. While the handmade items take approximately 4-6 and will say it in the product description.
Do we have local pickup?
No, right now we are an online only small business.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. Unless, the item is a part of a clearance section, the description states no return, or if it is beyond the return window.
What do I need to do if I need to Return an item?
Fill out the Return Request in your Account on the specific Order page. Or you can email us directly at thebellandnook@gmail.com and we will explain the process and process your return.
What if I do not want to return an item, but mine arrived damaged?
We take the utmost care to package and protect your item for its journey to you, however sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. The best thing to do is to email us directly at: thebellandnook@gmail.com and send us images of the item along with your order number and the name of the item. Please let us know if an item is damaged within 4 days of delivery.
What do I do if I accidentally put in the wrong shipping/ billing address?
Email or message us immediately! This is a common mistake and an easy fix, however we cannot send you your item until we know your correct address, so please contact us and give us the proper address A.S.A.P.!
What do I do if I would like an item gift wrapped?
Just email us at: thebellandnook@gmail.com and tell us the item that you would like to purchase and we will let you know if it can be gift wrapped.
What if I want to send the item directly to the gift receiver?
Your order packing slip does not include the prices of the item, so no worries!
What if I need a gift for someone but I don't know what to get them? Can you help me?
