Delivery time varies by the item, we aim to have your item delivered within a week, however sometimes and especially around the holidays it takes about 1 1/2-2 weeks. While the handmade items take approximately 4-6 and will say it in the product description.

Returns

Yes, we do. Unless, the item is a part of a clearance section and the description states no return.

We take the utmost care to package and protect your item for its journey to you, however sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. The best thing to do is to email us directly at: thebellandnook@gmail.com and send us images of the item along with your order number and the name of the item. Please let us know if an item is damaged within 4 days of delivery.

Email or message us immediately! This is a common mistake and an easy fix, however we cannot send you your item until we know your correct address, so please contact us and give us the proper address A.S.A.P.!

Gifting

Just email us at: thebellandnook@gmail.com and tell us the item that you would like to purchase and we will let you know if it can be gift wrapped.

Your order packing slip does not include the prices of the item, so no worries!
